After completing our basic application, you’ll receive a Casa Diego-specific application designed to match you with compatible roommates based on your lifestyle and preferences. Want to live with friends? Simply apply together to secure your ideal living situation in our brand-new luxury apartments!
Leases Explained: How They Work and What You Need to Know
Each roommate will sign a separate lease for their individual bedroom, which will be labeled with a corresponding letter matching their lease. Each lease will be for a duration of 12 months.
Understanding Deposit Return: How It Works and Why It Matters
A $1,650 deposit is required from each roommate to cover potential damages to their individual bedroom. If damage is found in the common areas, the total cost will be split among all roommates unless the responsible individual steps forward.
