A San Diego Native, Addie has been a successful entrepreneur for over two decades. She has successfully owned and operated two personal training studios in Pacific Beach and La Jolla. Additionally, after her oldest daughter was diagnosed with Autism, Addie opened up two centers for children with special needs in Mission Valley and Chula Vista.

After 16+ years of juggling her fitness and therapy centers Addie sold the businesses and decided it was time to pursue another passion: Real Estate. She had also bought and sold properties for herself and loved it. She worked to become dually licensed in Real Estate and Mortgage Lending. She first put her efforts into lending, but realized she truly enjoyed connecting personally with the clients – touring homes, selling homes, negotiating, and working to make their dreams come true. Addie decided to team up with Gemstone Real Estate and J&D Property Management to run the Real Estate side of the business to help buyers and sellers continue the expansion into the San Diego market.

Addie’s unique experiences of building two companies from the ground up, while also deeply impacting the clientele of each business, makes her an ideal Realtor! A certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Addie specializes in working with military personnel, families and individuals relocating, and first-time home buyers. Additionally, her thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the Real Estate market gives her an edge to help investors in any price range! She can empathize with her clients, and is excited to help them achieve their Real Estate dreams. Addie is dedicated to building strong, honest connections that will allow her to service her clients now and in the future.
