With 20+ years in the Real Estate industry, Jennifer Williams has handled the critical details, nuances, and fine-print of thousands of Real Estate transactions. As the Listing Manager, she is our clients’ navigator through the entire real estate process, making sure that each transaction is efficient and easy to understand. Jennifer’s outstanding organization skills, attention to detail, and depth of knowledge make her an invaluable member of The Lauren Rosin Team.
Jennifer began her career in 1995, first as an administrative assistant and then as an Administrative Office Manager. In 2005, she took the position of Administrative Office Manager for their largest branch office in Phoenix. In 2013, she was promoted to Business Development Manager, where she was responsible for recruiting and hiring Realtors®. In 2013, Jennifer decided helping other Realtors® was great, but being one herself would be even better. She worked hard to become licensed, and in her first year was named Realty Executives Rookie of the Year!
Jennifer’s main goal is to make the real estate process as stress-free and simple as possible for her clients. In her own words, “I love it when people tell me, ‘I can’t believe how easy all this ended up being. I never would’ve expected that.’”
In her off-time, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, three sons, daughter, and grandson. She also thoroughly enjoys traveling to new places and attending Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games!
