Following in the footsteps of real estate development and acquisition established by his father, Joshua began his career framing houses at 14 and learning the various trades of construction development. By the time he was 18, Joshua was managing properties and directing tenant turnovers, repairs and unit remodels. He then went on to get his real estate license at 19, working under four top brokers in San Diego, while gaining an entrepreneurial education about the industry. At 22 he took a position at Flying Dog Enterprises, a medium size property management company, where he learned how to balance selling real estate and managing a portfolio of over 130 units.
Joshua has a combined 10 years of real estate, property management and construction experience and has been involved in over $100,000,000 in real estate transactions since his start in the business. Joshua’s firsthand knowledge in all aspects of the real estate business, adds a sense of professionalism and security to investors looking to invest in real estate throughout California. David has been a commercial real estate broker for over 25 years. During this time, he has sold apartment buildings, industrial parks, industrial land, and retail centers. He has also acted as a consultant in developing and building industrial warehouses in the Otay Mesa area of San Diego. Starting in 1998, David began investing in income producing properties by buying “fixer-upper” apartment buildings by rehabbing apartments buildings and houses and repositioning these properties for maximum rents. Thus, he understands the fixer-upper points of remodeling. With his construction backgrounds, he knows the importance of remodeling, yet does not overspend for improvements. David has developed and built single family starter homes in Riverside County and has also done several remodels. He has over 19 years of experience managing apartment buildings, houses, and condominiums.
David holds a Liberal Arts degree from the University of Southern California and has a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is a real estate broker, a member of the California State BAR, and is a non-practicing attorney.
Helen has worked for J&D as office Secretary and Treasurer for over Ten years. She possesses an accounting degree from Grossmont college, and has 18 years of banking experience from working at Bank of America. She is friendly, hardworking, with full knowledge of property management. Her experience with the intricacies of owning her own properties has given her extensive knowledge and the keen sense to handle the many needs, demands, and tasks that come with owning property. Helen’s sweet personality brightens up our office every day, and she is an essential team member that makes J&D Management a unique management company to hire.

Noah graduated with a Double major in Business and Communication from St. Lawrence University. He uses both to pursue his interests in Real Estate. His interests lie in real estate management and development, specifically constructing new homes and remodeling fixers. Under the title of Assistant Property Manager, he currently handles maintenance, leasing, customer service, and turnovers at J&D Management. He is getting his real estate license and plans to obtain a brokerage license in the future. Growing up in San Diego, and around the real estate business, has allowed him to form a strong foundational understanding of regional value in the sales and rental markets, which he uses to market and lease for J&D Management’s portfolio. He is fluent in French, and his friendly and warm personality creates a lovely atmosphere in our office.
Assistant Property Manager/Accountant
Shoshannah has been working with J&D Management since February of 2019. She is an assistant property manager and bookkeeper. She communicates daily with our tenants and owners on a personal basis. On top of working at J&D Management, Shoshannah also studies at San Diego State University. She is majoring in Child and Family Development and intends on getting her Real Estate license in the future. Shoshannah’s understanding and sympathetic character lightens the mood in the office, creating a relaxing and enjoyable work ambiance.
Nicole has been with J&D Management since July 2019. She is currently working as the assistant bookkeeper/accounting to Property Manager Alex Santos. Nicole is finishing her studies at San Diego State University. Her major is Liberal Studies with emphasis in Elementary Education. She is currently enrolled in school to acquire her Real Estate license in the near future. Her attentiveness to detail and determination to finish tasks assigned are beneficial to generate a productive and enjoyable office environment.
Assistant Property Manager
Natalia graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Menlo College in Silicon Valley. As she grew and learned about her love for marketing in the Bay Area, she has gotten the opportunity to work with a start-up property management company called Bungalow. During her time there, Natalia found interest in real estate management and development. Having this interest in both marketing and real estate, Natalia has become an assistant property manager for J&D Management. She is working to obtain her real estate license while getting as much experience as she can from J&D in order to one day manage her portfolio of units. With that goal in mind, Natalia’s constant communication with tenants on a direct basis provides immense assistance to our property management team.
On top of that, she has been born and raised in San Diego, which has given Natalia a great sense of the residential market here. Due to being able to live in the heart of Silicon Valley during her past studies, she has also gained vast insight into what real estate will look like in the near future.
Assistant Property Manager
Gabby came to J&D with Extensive Property Management Experience, to include Unlawful Detainer Processing. Gabby’s 5+ years’ of Property Management Experience includes tenure with Hanken, Cono & Assad. Gabby enjoys an ABA Sanctioned Paralegal Degree which is supported by considerable UD Processing and Litigation Practical Experience (in English and Spanish). This degree allows her to also assist in the many legal aspects and situations that may be presented day by day to J&D Management. Gabby’s extremely relevant practical and theoretical history has uniquely prepared her to responsibly and responsively support Property Owners AND Tenants, resulting in consistently profitable and harmonious relationships among all parties. With great dedication, and a heightened sense of Exceptional Customer Service, Gabby is very anxious to serve you, whether Tenant, or Property Owner.
Social Media and Marketing Director
Brittany started with J&D Management as an intern, helping around the office with technology, filing, and purchasing office supplies. After a few months, Joshua Bunton noticed her skill set, and promoted her to Social Media and Marketing Director. Having been born into a generation obsessed with selfies and double-taps, Brittany is proficient in all types of technology and social media, allowing her to promote the company through multiple platforms. She handles company reviews, posts about newly acquired properties and recent vacancies, and manages Google and Yelp ads. She is also fluent in both English and Spanish, and is conversational in French and Japanese.
She is currently enrolled in San Diego City College completing her general education classes, with the intent of attaining her Associate’s Degree in Engineering. From there, she plans on transferring to a university to continue her education, and major in Aerospace Engineering, with a minor in Aviation Technology. Additionally, while working at J&D, she has acquired an interest in obtaining her Real Estate License in the near future.
Oliver has been a leasing director for 20 years; 10 years with J&D Management, and prior to that, 10 years with Southland Realty, LLC. His friendly and charming demeanor makes it easy for applicants to confide in him and to disclose their needs in finding their new place to call home. Oliver has past experience in architectural design, and he is also very familiar with all phases of construction. This includes concrete, building framing, ceramic tile setting, and roofing. Oliver’s expertise in these fields give him a positive outlook towards leasing and customer service. He is notable for always being very prompt in answering every phone call, which leads applicants, owners, and tenants to admire him.
